TESTIMONIALS

It has been a fruitful journery along with our mentees, lecturers and REACH staffs.

Let's hear what are some of their takeaways from the projects!

G, Youth Intern

(first person from right)

I enjoyed talking to my mentor about my daily life, hope that I can still do this after my internship.

(second person from left)

They take ownership and initiative o spearhead the project. At the same time, establishing a solid relationship with their mentees. They have definitely gone out of their comfort zone by experimenting new things they have never tried before.

HuiYi, Social Worker

Das, Volunteer

I see something different from the three girls besides than treating the entire process as a project. They put in more than they were taught in class. The mentees also enjoyed what has been taught by them.

Senior Project

Nur, Senior

This was my first time making a massage ball. It was an easy yet useful handicraft item to make. I would like to make some at home and teach my family how to massage with themselves.

I am glad to hear through feedbacks and photos shared by the seniors. It was clear that they really enjoyed themselves during the Christmas Craft Session. Besides the handicraft item brought home, the seniors have also taken away some knowledge.

Ivan, Senior Cafe Manager

Nancy, Senior Volunteer

The three girls put in a lot of efforts in understanding the seniors' interests. Besides coming up with the Christmas's Crafts Session, they also guided us on how to make the seniors more interested in the activity being conducted in the Senior Cafe.
