YOUTH PROJECT

For the DIY4YCAFÉ, we focus on the cafe's operational needs. This includes covering the logistics requirements for operations, coming up with an ideal floor plan, crafting menu recipes to developing a standard operating procedure that covers the youths' roles and responsibilities and marketing efforts.

We are also involved in the mentoring and training of the operations team made up of 8 selected REACH youths also known as interns to develop their soft skills and character values, and to provide them with constant guidance throughout the 4 weeks.
